Parks Marina and Crownline Boat Owners Once Again Give Back to the Community

Parks Marina’s annual Crownline Rendezvous was held June 23rd – 25th at Parks Marina on East Lake Okoboji. Hundreds of Crownline owners converged on the Iowa Great Lakes to participate in this year’s events, which included an on-water  “Poker Run” around the Lakes Region.  Parks Marina was proud to donate $960 from the Poker Run to The Humane Society of Northwest Iowa.

“Every year during the Crownline Rendezvous, The Humane Society of NW Iowa is invited to participate by bringing their adoptable pets for Parks Marina’s customers to pet and play with, says,” Butch Parks, owner of Parks Marina. “The event has continued to highlight the important work the Humane Society does for the area and hopefully find homes for the shelter pets.”
