Boatloads of Toys

Parks Marina in Okoboji, Iowa and Upper Des Moines Opportunity have teamed up for the 9th consecutive year to launch Boat Loads of Toys; an effort to provide Christmas toys and clothing to youth in need throughout Dickinson county. Parks Marina’s Boat Loads of Toys has donated well over $20,000 in toys and clothing that have been distributed by Upper Des Moines Opportunity, to youth in Dickinson County and surrounding areas. 

Now through Saturday December 16th, bring an unwrapped new toy or new articles of clothing to either

Parks Marina, on East Lake Okoboji and Sioux Falls, South Dakota, or to Okoboji Boat Works on West Lake Okoboji. As always, Upper Des Moines Opportunity gladly accepts donations for all ages, but this year they are needing winter outer wear for 9+ boys and girls. Winter coats, snow pants, hats, gloves, & boots for any age are greatly appreciated. 

To encourage donations, Parks Marina and Okoboji Boat Works will offer a 20% shopping spree to those who donate. The coupon will be good on all Barefoot gear, apparel and select water accessories, as well as clothing from West Boutique, located at Okoboji Boat Works.
