We’re looking for a creative and motivated Digital Media & Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us tell our story, showcase our inventory, and grow our community—both online and off.
Position Overview
The Digital Media & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for digital marketing content, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging campaigns and designing eye-catching graphics to promote our dealership. This role is perfect for someone who loves both strategy and creativity, has the ability to multi task, is a self-starter and has an eye for content that produces sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the dealership’s marketing strategy across digital, print, and event channels.
Plan, create, and post engaging content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Assist in designing graphics for social media, print ads, email campaigns, signage, and promotional materials.
Produce engaging photo and video content for companywide needs, long and short format.
Manage the dealership’s website content, ensuring inventory, promotions, and news are up to date.
Coordinate and promote dealership events, boat shows, and community activities.
Track and analyze marketing metrics (engagement, leads, ROI) and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with sales team to generate leads and drive showroom traffic.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors’ marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred, but equivalent experience accepted).
2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or graphic design, photo and video editing (marine or power sports industry a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PC)
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
Photography and video editing skills strongly preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

This is a year around full time position with overtime required during high tourist season, Memorial through Labor Day. Some weekends and occasional evenings are required, with lots of flexibility to be enjoyed during non-peak season.
