Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, winterization, summerization, inspections, and preventative maintenance.

  • Assist technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing boats, engines, trailers, and marine systems.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following Parks Marina safety policies and shop procedures.

  • Properly operate shop equipment, tools, forklifts, trailers, and boats while following all safety guidelines.

  • Move, launch, retrieve, and transport boats as needed for service, testing, storage, and customer delivery.

  • Accurately complete work orders, service documentation, and technician notes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support marina operations.

  • Communicate professionally with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Assist in installing marine accessories and electronics

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting the Parks Marina commitment to quality, integrity, and creating outstanding boating experiences.

Qualifications

  • Required

    • High school diploma

    • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mindset.

    • Strong customer service and communication skills.

    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn dealership software and service documentation systems.

    • Drivers Lisences

  • Preferred

    • Previous experience in marine, automotive, powersports, agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment repair.

    • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

    • Forklift or boat handling experience.

    • Ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods of time.
