Retail Inventory & Ecommerce Coordinator

The Retail Inventory & Ecommerce Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and optimizing inventory operations while also overseeing the Shopify Ecommerce platform.  This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.  

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receive, process, tag incoming freight from start to finish.
  • Distribute freight to appropriate departments.
  • Create purchase orders and hang tags.
  • Manage & maintain inventory restock on sales floor.
  • Photograph all incoming merchandise for upload to Ecommerce site
  • Performs daily duties including restocking, merchandise transfers, receiving shipments, remerchandising.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience with Shopify, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Excel
  • Efficient data entry skills
  • General mathematical knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer Service skills
  • Moderate to heavy lifting required of 50 pounds or more
  • Standing for extended periods of time

This is a full-time, year-round position.  Overtime available during peak season.  Weekend hours required.

Pay commensurate with experience.  Range $17.00-23.00
