PARKS MARINA DETAIL SHOP MANAGER

The detail shop manager must have strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic is essential along with an energetic and outgoing personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Help maintain a safe and organized workspace
Communicate with Service Writers and Service Manager to facilitate boat placement
Communicate with Service Writers and Service Manager regarding detail services, repairs, and estimates.
Perform final vehicle inspection.
Manage all orders of detailing products and equipment.
Facilitate and perform all detailing department duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
Ability to analyze written and verbal instruction.
Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff in a professional manner.
Ability to manage, train and support other detailing and shop assistant personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
